Here is the values to get lights on your 737-800 with FDS aircraft file.
Just copy the lines and add directly under [liGHTS] in the aircraft text file in the aircraft folder in FSX.

//Types: 1=beacon, 2=strobe, 3=navigation, 4=cockpit, 5=landing
light.0 = 3, -76.60, -56.60,  2.00, fx_navredm ,
light.1 = 3, -76.60,  56.60,  2.00, fx_navgrem ,
light.2 = 2, -123.80,   0.00,  4.30, fx_strobeh ,
light.3 = 2, -77.00, -57.20,  2.00, fx_strobe ,
light.4 = 2, -77.00,  57.20,  2.00, fx_strobe ,
light.5 = 2, -60.15,   0.00, -7.40, fx_beaconb ,
light.6 = 1, -50.90,   0.00,  6.80, fx_beaconh ,
light.7 = 3, -82.10, -57.60,  2.00, fx_navwhih ,
light.8 = 3, -82.10,  57.60,  2.00, fx_navwhih ,

I noticed that non of the lights is set up with value "5"-landing lights, but this is the same in most of the models in FSX. I'll try to reassign to see what happens, but these lights will work like the default ones.
The reason I did this is that Lights is required when flying online.
