hi all,

Is there anything happening at all with flight deck software? i have been very disappointed with the progress here, and have months ago switched to a different software suite.

In the beginning i was very pleased with flight deck software as it seemed a promising work in progress, but now the progress has long stopped, and all that is left is a half functioning, bug ridden very expensive piece of kit. I never got the IS to work, and most of all, never got any news on the status of updates, or the reason for the lack thereoff!
In Lelystad, bart convinced me that flight deck software was the way to go. i very much regret spending 500 euro's that i have to work hard for and will never see again. I understand the fact that personal problems can cause someone to spend less time in his business, but in the end that doesn't relief one of the responsibility to deliver what many of us expected when we paid for the software. if u cant deliver, then be correct about it and refund the money anyway (irregardless of a no-refund policy)

I do apologize in advance for possibly stepping on someone's toes. My motive for writing this is not to slander Bart or the software, because i know his intentions where good, but in the hope that Bart will finally start giving people some news about what is happening and why, and i do hope that he gets everything back on the rails and can start delivering his software to those of u that still are patiently waiting for those long overdue updates.

Best regards,

Nick

I have been inactive for a while because of my move to the US, and I kind of understand Nik's comments above.

Bart, is there some point where we can help on the software ? I can't promis anything but I think I can get some spare time hacking on the software. Let's try to work something out. I think there are some other software engineers under us who are glad to jump on this.

I am also very disappointed.
Bart promised a reasonable priced suite but at the end, I left with an unfineshed program.
It feels also to me of losing a lot of money for almost nothing.
I moved to a other more promissing software suite.
I also hope that Bart will be fair to refund us our money.

Best Regards

I was probably one of the first customers to purchase (2008) the software when it came out and still waiting for a better product. Bart, any word on the status of you or the software?  Please keep your customers informed.  Thanks!

Same opinion. I spent a lot of money for this software, and it seems to be wasted :-(
Weeks ago I asked for new licences as I again changed hardware - up to now no answer.
Thats the big big problem of this software. You have to pay a lot - and you always are
dependend on getting new licences. No new licence - no useable software.
Best would be to get money back !!!!!!

Hi Marleb,

I 'd suggest to ask for a license by mail.
Info@flight...
He will ofcourse send the new license.

Hi Martin,

I just found your license request of January 6th in my other info@ mailbox in the spam folder.  I don't know why this happened.  I just sent you the license you requested.  I'm sorry this happened.

Normally license requests should be sent to license@
